Whys my speed so low Help plz!!

whys my speed so low like that?? how do i fix that, my mother board is a asus P4S8X MX. It supports hyper thread teachnology and all but i need help on how to fix that...ty in advance.

cus you have auto cpu host speed control.. it turns you're cpu speed down when its not overloaded, and it pushes it to its limit when you load games and stuff, however it also lowers it back down if you pass the temp limit in you're bios [usualy 70c degrees]..

you can change it in the window you've posted.
