OMG why is my pc runing slow, horrible fps?!

15 year old here that you're talking to. Well what's the model of your RAM? PCxxxx [the XXXX is representing the model number such as PC5300 or PC2100, etc].

other is also PC3200, but a generic brand
ran memtest on both and no errors

Oh it's a PC3200. Yeah, you'll have to get another set of RAMs when you build your new computer.

dump your video card drivers and replace them all.

you probably have some sort of infectious disease on your hard drive. try loading a good cleaner, like nod32. run it after you uninstall your video drivers, before you reinstall them.

Also try reinstalling your drivers in safe mode as windows has the tendency to have popup-auto-installers

so, my pc should be running way better than it is, right? you think it may be a virus or somthing? I have ran avast pro virus scan, and nothing came up. Downloading nod32 right now, free trial.
