any heatsink that fits the processor is fine as long as you have a good cooling system like me system should be kept at 45 C or 130 F. however, my system is soooooo LLLLOOOOUUUUDDDD

Not true, not true at all. First off, 130ºF is HOT! Second, many heatsinks work much better than others. They are the center of your cooling system, so a good one of those would prove a good cooling system and a bad one would prove a bad cooling system. You can have very crappy heatsinks. That is why you can get some that are $5, and some that are $75. a $5 one is not going to operate NEARLY as good as a $75 one.
