EP45-DS3R won't allow Q9450 overclock at 3.2GHz

Sorry for posting a simular thread. I read the thread that Mikeynavy1976 had with his voltages etc. I put the exact same in and I can't get the computer to boot up with those numbers. There has to be something else I am missing that I need to set in the bios. My setup is corsair tx750, 2GB corsair XMS2 pc6400 with DHX, zalman 9550. temps are at 26C. case is a raidmax ICEberg. I didn't plan to go all out on this. I picked up a E8400 and picked up a abit pro p35 for $52 open box at fry's, then stuck it with a Antec 430 truepower ($30 clearence) and $29 case. But the abit had bent pins and thus didn't boot and I couldn't return the e8400 so had to upgrade. and they told me the 430 wasn't enough power. (running a 8600 GT OC 256DDR3 got for $32 clearence 6 months ago) I don't play video games but need to edit tons of video. My plan to either edit a lot of DVD movies and convert to Divx4 or overlock this thing to 3.2 and sell for $1200 and go back to a Dell Gx270 I can get for $80
