Downclocked from 2.6 and changed the timings of ram

I just downclocked to 2.4 and i set my ram timings to 3-2-2-8. and all of a sudden while i was writing a reply to a topic my comp freezes around 15 seconds then the screen goes black and it comes back saying this

now im running memtest and i got 4 errors while only 80%, thats not good.



but why is it talking about my video card, it is not OCed at all. and whats happening
