Default CPU vs VPU

I am running my Radeon 9600XT at 550/335 on stock cooling and getting temps of no more than 50 degrees under full load. Just wondering if VPU processors work under the same Temps as CPU's do because i know 50 C is a decent full load temp for a CPU, but not sure about my video card.
