I guess it's possible with customs these days, but I have shipped something there in half that amount of time, although that really wasn't my point, I was just trying to be helpful.

I was kidding. I linked him to one of the best air coolers you can purchase for less than the noctua. He just wants the noctua regardless. My point is why would you wait for something to ship to someone in U.S then have them ship it to you. In the end its going to cost the same.
