That will not help, because you will hopefully still be taking the same amount of heat out of your computer and the only place that the heat can go is into your room. If you start taking less heat out of your computer you can expect a definate performance hit. These are the solutions that I would recomend.
1. Buying computer parts that produce less heat.
2. Finding a way to pipe the heat out of the room that you are in.
3. Buy an air-conditioner.

-Intel Celeron D Processor 2.93 GHz
-1.25 GB Ram
-80 GB Hard Drive
-5 GB Hard Drive
-CD-ROM Drive
-CD-RW Drive
-External 3.5\" Floppy Drive
-Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2
-Intel Extreme Graphics 2
-Logitech Wingman Force 3D
-Logitech Wingman Rumblepad
