Chipset waterblocks

I was just curious if chipset waterblocks on the motherboard are worth the money? Does the temp of your motherboard ever hold back a overclock?

If you have good case cooling, then in most cases a simple heat sink (maybe with a fan) is enough. I don't think you should ever have to water cool a chipset.
