Default Basic Case Cutting

I was just wondering if anyone has used these case cutters before.

I just want something to cut a simple square in my case for a window and i dont want to spend 40 dollars on a saw that i will most likely only use for this one project.

I might be able to borrow my friends dremel. I heard they were pretty good for case cutting.
