Outlookm 2003 Help

We had to reinstall Outlook 2003 over the weekend. Now when we receive email it always shows our company email as the sender and not the true sender. Any ideas as to why this happened?. I've done the arrange by feature, however whe I try to arrange by date it goes back to showing our company email address from every sender. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using an Exchange server then this is probably not an Outlook issue. Can you look back at previous emails to see how it appeared previously?

Previously it showed the senders name or email address, now it just shows individual email address or name in the senders area.

seems to me that the contacts list isn't complete
check 'tools>options>mail setup(tab)>e-mail accounts(button)' and under Directory there are two options. check if there is a directory in there, or perhaps a generic one
