I am getting a grey page. Needs a password. I have come to realize this is a common problem. I got it from a friend who got it off ebay. When he got it he had the same problem and could not get ahold of the seller to get the password. I need help getting past this. I have some pictures I will post in a minute. I have NEVER had this much of a problem getting past a password. I tried jumping pins #3 And #6 As instructed. Did not work. I also tried pulling the battery and still no results. Dell will not help with this either. Please Help!!
