Yeah. I think it may work for Pentium D systems as well, but Im not 100% sure.

My bios cant read my temp because it is too cold, on phase change.. sucks. i am guessing that since the bios cant read it,, no program will. Dont feel like trying to get a probe down on the cpu, with the way the new cores are,, opposed to the old ones that didnt have the heat spreader, it is hard to get an accurate reading

Jseber, this program tests the temp right from the sensor BUILT into your CPU, while the bios uses a sensor on the motherboard.

:-\ There is only one sensor for a CPU, and it requires the BIOS to have capabilitys to read it or another chip on the motherboard to read it and process it for a program to use.
