How do get into the BIOS on Dell optiplex lgxi5200m

I have a DELL Optiplex lgxi5200m Desktop PC. I need to get into the BIOS.

According to DELL , it's....

Choose Start / Shut Down / Restart. Enter BIOS setup when the screen appears allowing you to do so. Usually you must press F10, or Delete at a certain time during the restart.

But that does not seem to be the case here.

What we are trying to do is change the BOOT order on this puppy so we can install an OS on it. End User as lost the install CDs.

Please help me some one.

OK there are several buttons you can press during POST to enter BIOS, and this all depends on the motherboard manufacturer or Chipset manufacturer.

The buttons that I have come accross in the past are Tab, F1, F4, and Del. The time to press these buttons is after the POST "beep" and just after the keyboard lights flash (Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock)

Pressing them all at once will make no difference. If I don't know which button to press I cycle them all until I get into BIOS.

During boot just press F1, F4, Del and Tab like crazy
