might be the bios is corrupt? or it could be the mobo itself. (hope not) I would suggest a complete tear down and rebuild of the system. MAYBE... just maybe something is not aligned right or shorted somewhere. does the bios see the HHD? it is Sata and are you trying to load the drivers first (hitting F6 to load 3rd party drivers)

yes the bios read every thing in there the 2gb ddr2 ram and the hard drive.this is a real puzzler.im stumped.

and the hard drive is completley wiped so its waiting for a os to be installed .but keeps freezing at ''starting windows''
