changing ram timings

I dl'd a64 tweaker, and it said my ram timing were something like 4-3-3-8 when they should be 2-3-3-6. I tried changing them, but when i hit "set" my pc froze and wouldnt boot for a while. Now the timings are all off, they're like "reserved 111b, 7,7, and 8. what the heck happened? I want to change it back but i'm afraid.

Go into the BIOS and change them yourself. They should be @ 2-3-3-6.
