There is no reason to get the FX60 if you arent going to overclock it. It is made to overclock, so you need the AS5 and an HSF.

I use the XP-120 on my FX-55, and I can idle around 40 after reaching 3.0ghz, its a great fan if you can handle it. If you can get yourself a Palaro(sp?) fan blowing 125cfm on top of it, you will be set!

guys, btw Cwiz's budget is around 4k, and he doesn want to overclock, and he wants a "beast" of a machine. But if he does learn how to OC in the near future, the Unlocked multipliers would be a great asset.
