what are some of the best possible fans you can use to cool your system?

what can i use to control my fans, like to set them so some blow in, some suck out, etc..

Well a fan can only blow air one direction. Theyre unidirectional motors. You need to properly organize them yourself first.

But as far as fan SPEED controllers, buy a fan speed controller panel, a rheobus or a fanbus.

There are a ton of Electronic sites with simple single IC fan speed controls. If you can read a schematic and use a breadboard they should be no problem to make actually. I have built a few.

you can get TMD fans now (tip magnetic driven or something). it moves the motor to the outside of thet fan for better airflow. im sure they have better performance than regular fans but i dont know by experience. if anyone has one please tell
