hotmail on Microsoft outlook

Is there any solution to resolve this?
I had Hotmail Plus so I think it must work!
Could someone help me to set it on IncrediMail to deliver from Hotmail?

there is a program. it something like yahoo YPOPs. it call something like hotmail popper. I'll look into it later

What! You have to pay to use hotmail with outlook and other email programs now? It still lets me use my hotmail with outlook and I only have the free hotmail.
