Help installing Serial ATA

I just bought a new bord it has serial ata i ran the driver floppy and set the HDD yet when i do the OS setup it wont detect a HDD

can any one helo i have the GIGAbyte nforce 2 ultra bord Pro

Ok obveusly there was no techie that could help me but me being th awsome techie that i am i fixed the problem i had no thnks guys
