Firstly there is the Card Reader on the 13 that I am not using at I got one all ready on my MFC Printer. Secondly there is the controls that are make for small asian people with small fingures. Not big white brutes like myself. The Hardcano 13 does show the time, but it requires 3 AA batteries to keep the time. So I am not looking forward to changing them. The over all display is not as easy to veiw. And programming the Hardcano 13 is.......... (give me a second to find the right word)....... clumsy. I miss my Hardcano 12. But getting it replaced under warranty is beats having to fork out for a new one
