what EXACTLY does your CD say? I'm thinking you have the restoration cd for the drivers or something, or they gave you a dos boot cd for some reason. Some of the older restore cd's had a weird drive letter associated with them. Make sure when you access the cd (wait for the floppy and all lights to die down) then do a directory and change back and forth to see what busy light comes on. If you can get to the cab files in the cd and it still doesn't install, do a flat install. You do this by creating a directory on the HDD thats unique (call it myinstall) and copy all the cab files there. Then, go into that directory and run setup from the HDD.
