Random BIOS detections

Nope. Just bought a new 450W. Before mine was a 350W and everything worked fine for over a year until the CDRW stopped working.
 
first of all you can not have leaking capcitors ,the gel in them gets to hot it will start a fire, when capacitors explode it cause the insides get way way to hot. These capacitors could be an important part of the IDE circuit. Possibly one of your IDE cables is backwards, the device will not turn on if so
 
IDE cable isn't backwords, it works on odd boots.

I was told that my capacitors were leaking. Two of them have a reddish substance on the top of them that looks like rust, and are nowhere near the IDE headers.
