RMA for credit on newegg

hey guys, well heres my situation

i bought these PQI Value ram and i needa return it for credit on newegg.com.. first off is that possible? if so, i wana kick in another 70 bucks http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820227204 for that.. also, how does it work? do i need the actual package itself to do so? or can i just ship the ram back in a ziploc bag xD. thanks guys i hope u can anser my question.

Yes, just send it back with an RMA number, and they will refund it to your credit, or you can get another one of them.

Just get it to credit and then buy whatever.

ship it back in it original packaging. They dont want it in an ordinary ziploc bag, they might refuse your RMA, and your gonna take a 20% restocking fee no matter what.

If you dont have the original packaging, call and tell them that. See what they say. Put you dont just ship it in a ziploc.

No they dont give store credit, If thats what you mean. Was gonna do the same as you when they sent me the wrong video card. They do either refunds or replacement.
