Strange Error Message

Hello guys this question is for the real advanced techie. I can not boot into safe mode when i try it keeps rebooting. I cant boot to a CD when i try it says THERE HAS BEEN A FAULT IN A PROGRAM OR FILE OR DRIVER (not an exact message but thats basiclly what it says). I tryed to run Systemworks and Reg Mech to see if there was a registry problem but there was none. I ran AVG and Trend Micro and no viruses came up. I also ran Microsoft Anit-Spyware, Adaware, Spybot, and Spyware Doctor. My BIOS is version 1.1 and 1.7 is out. If i do a BIOS flash would that fix it? My mobo is a MSI K8N Neo 4 Plat. If anybody could help me i would GREATLY appreciate it. THANX IN ADVANCED FOR UR TIME AND SERVICE.

I guess that's what you get for buying an AMD....Try to reinstall your operating system and I would flash your BIOS, but be careful if you make a mistake then your board is done and you'll have to send it in.
