I'd say RAM or vid card before PSU, but for overall good system performance, good RAM first, then GPU, then PSU, but I assume with that PSU it has a 15a +12v Rail? If your +12v never drops very low then you probably have room to breath

The lowest ive seen it was at 11.98 but that was when i was using the cd-drives and burning a cd or two. And the raidmax PSU has only 13amps

Majistic, see your CPU FSB is only 100, and your RAM is 133, you need to lower your RAM down to 100, and that'd be insanely underclocking the RAM so you could probably run it at 2-2-2-5 timings. That would give you optimum performance for your system, but you definitely need to get a better CPU so you can fully utilize PC3200

It seems to be running fast so I will keep it like this. And I am building a new pc and I am waiting for a case and video card.
