Hey all,
After spending a few hundred dollars fixing little issues that have been popping up over the past year my computer has completely died on me so instead of trying to get it fixed again I've decided to get a new one.
I don't really have an exact budget set but what I'm looking for is something that will last me the next 4-5 years with it being able to play the majority of games (BF4, WoW etc.) on max graphs for the next year and then slowly drop them down if it's required.
Currently my total is $1216 AUD.
My current build is as follows;
CPU - i5 4590 ($275) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=187_1490&products_id=27549
GPU - GTX 960 4GB ($369) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193_1732&products_id=31380
Motherboard - ASUS H-97 Pro Gamer ($169) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_1491&products_id=28542
Ram - Corsair Vengease 16GB ($209)
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=19290
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 2TB (109) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_344&products_id=19554
SSD - Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB ($85) http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_902_1621&products_id=27943
What I currently am unsure on is the cooling and power supply that I will need to have as well as a case that will fit all of these. I don't plan to OC at all so I don't think that I will need water cooling.
If you could give me any advice on if this build is good value for money and will meet my needs or if there are any better options I could go it would be appreciated.
Keep in mind that these prices are in AUD as that is where I'm from so if you are going to link me other products can you please try and do it with an Australian site not an American or European one.
Regards,
Kakarot
