Need Help! Optiplex GX620 Into Gaming PC?

Is it possible? Do you have any reccomedations? So far I am looking at the Sapphire Radeon HD 5450 Video Card. I have the Mini Tower version of the GX620 by the way. I am looking to run games such as ARMA 3, Battlefield 4, and DAYZ.

The 620 is a rather dated and weak machine and there isn't much you can do upgrade wise to play the games you want decently.

My recommendation is don't do it. Build a whole new one, unless the games your going to play are like candy crush and angry birds. There's nothing high performance about an old optiplex like that one. If you were to make a gaming machine out if it the only thing that you wouldn't have to change would be the DVD drive lol. It's just not worth it.
