OEM- if you get that, your going to get the cd and key, no more. Its better for people like us because its much cheaper. There are always cheaper prices on these operating systems, but you have to search around a lot, i looked for xp pro for about 5 hours collectively and found some good stuff. If you can find it cheaper, it would work out much better..I mean, i don't have 200 to spend on OS, I'm paying less than 100, so its all good.
