my wife had a HP laptop, that has been working fine for several months. but as of about 2 weeks ago, it has not been working correctly. she has tried running the Ccleaner program, and the Superantispyware that are installed, but she gets a pop up window " LogonUI.exe-badimage C:\Windows\System32\wkscli.dll " and those 2 programs will not open. she has run the avast anti-virus, which has found nothing. and i am trying the little i know to try to correct her probles as i type this. i have done the 2 "safe mode easy repairs, the second of which was going back to the last good know boot. but the self repair (#1 thing i tried) and that did not work. i do not know if it has a file that is corrupted, or a virus-trojan horse-who knows what, or if something else is going on. any ideas??? p.s., if this is not in the correct place, please move. thanks!
