Well a less than 1% speed difference is not some deal changer vs longevity so I'll aim for the Neutron then.

Although I'm not fond of their testing methods, Anandtech rates it over the ForceGT and also praises more consistency. I believe that to be the work of the toggle NAND.

When I went to buy my new SSD I was all over the place with like a million sites open to figure out which one I wanted. Both are great but I hear great things about toggle NAND and like I said, not fond of the Sandforce controller. It was a great leap forward for SATA2 drives but meh.
I'll probably be keeping this SSD for about 4 or 5 years like I did my last SSD I bought (that excludes the Vertex 2).
