I'm replacing the stock AMD heatsink with a Vantec Aeroflow, but there seems to be a small problem. I've never done this before, so I'm a little nervous. Right next to the installed heatsink is what looks like some sort of diode, it's round and green wrapped in copper wire. There are two of them, but one is actually rubbing up against the heatsink. It looks like it would be very difficult to put a new heatsink on without messing with this item, and I sure don't want to break it.
I've attached a picture of what I'm talking about. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
