Its compatible, and upgrade-able (at least to current gen i5/i7 CPUs, not sure about IB when it comes).

Only thing I would change is the RAM because of the tall heatspreaders, but since you aren't using an aftermarket cooler its not really an issue.

You will also need to snag a power cord (unless you have one lying around), as the Antec NEO ECO does not come with one.

That seems to be a pretty balanced pc, however you should try and get a hdd with a larger cache, 16mb is too small. Try for 32mb or preferably 64mb. Otherwise I like it.
