I Picked the 650 watt because its 60 dollars after the rebate so dont say its too much because its better to have more watts then have a 500 watt for 80 dollars

You will also Need Windows 7 and a Monitor but you can choose those.

Intel Build will be around 1300 dollars and would be 1240 dollars with rebates and Windows 7 and 1140 Dollars with rebates and no windows 7 but i chose an expensive case you can probally use the one from the amd build which is 100 dollars less
