After about 4 years, my build finally gave up on me. Refuses to start up, motherboard makes loud, grinding, noises. Regardless of whether or not I can simply troubleshoot and fix it, I've decided it needs to go and get caught up with the times.

I'm reusing my case, PSU, video card, sound card, and CD-DVD drive/burners. I've taken each one out one by one and they all seem to be working fine. Kind of illiterate on what all the numbers scribbled on the PSU means, but I can list it off if it'll help.

Any suggestions or changes I should make? I'm looking to go for a mix of a budget build but something that will last for a while. The total comes out to just shy of $400.
