Hi, i have decided on some computer parts and wanted to confirm if they are compatibile. Suggestions will be really appreciated.

MOTHERBOARD
ASUS Intel H55 Express 1156 Micro ATX Motherboard (PCI-E 2.0 x16, DDR3 2200(OC), SATA 3Gb/s, OnBoard VGA)

CPU
i3-540 Core i3 Dual-Core Processor - 3.06GHz, 4MB Cache, Socket 1156, 3 Year Warranty, Retail Boxed

MEMORY
Kingston ValueRAM Memory 1333Mz DDR3 Non-ECC DIMM

HARD DRIVE
Seagate OEM 500GB Barracuda 3.5 inch 7200.12 Internal Hard Disk Drive (7200RPM, SATA, 16MB Cache)

CASE
X-Case S002 Slim Destop or Tower case with 450 Watt Psu

I will probably install a standard dvd-rw drive.
I am hoping that i can use the integrated graphic instead of buying a dedicated graphics card.

Also, will i need a fan and heatsink for the processor, or does it come with one?

That works...processor comes with heatsink/fan...integrated graphics are fine unless you're planning on playing games..
