I have Ram Memory question???

Ive got a bad Ram memory stick, I am having trouble finding this type of Ram 4gb Em2-6400 5-5-5-12 its Mushkin brand, I am just wondering if anyone could guide me for another stick, I am running 2 gb @ the moment same brand. Just wondering if anymore could help me out on another search.
