Hello everyone!
Im looking to build a new computer as my current one is about four years old now, I want to build one instead of order a ready made one because I want to make it possibly upgradeable and hopfully get a good number of years out of it. My budget is proberly about £1200 gbp but that can be changed if I feel that im going to get value for money.
so far Im thinking about the following components...
Processer - Intel Nehalem i7 920 S1366 2.66GHz
OS - Windows 7 Preminum 64 bit
Case - Coolermaster CM690 Dominator Black Mid Tower Case
Im a bit stuck when it comes to the rest of the build though because im stuck in the past when it comes to new computer components;
Motherboard - Somthing compatible with the processer and will support DDR3
RAM - im looking for high spec RAM, what would be the best combo of DDR3 RAM?
Graphics - I want somthing powerfull, but maybe I could go down the crossfire/SLi route for future upgradeability?
Thanks for taking your time to read, anyone have any ideas?
