Not if you want to run any game using Physics. "PhysX" is an Aegia product, and ATI doesn't have rights to support it. That means any games with forced PhysX won't run on ATI cards very well, if they even start up, and any game with Optional PhysX will be missing out on a LOT. Not just cosmetic changes, but environmental changes (breaking buildings and crunching barrels) that ATI cards can't handle. I can crash a Jeep into a tree in Crysis, and it'll crunch and wrap around the tree. with PhysX disabled, it just crashes GTA3 style. A little pre-animated damage, and bounces off.
