meh, that's got half the cache of the pentium dual core. it's worth it to spend the extra $10 for a pentium dual core. the e2220 will kill that celeron.

Yes, I know this I didnt put enough on my card for the double shiping from two sites and newegg had the most parts i was looking for still reped ya, here are my final results.
started off with emachines w3650

Intel celeron 440 replaced with Newegg.com - Intel Celeron E1500 2.2GHz 512KB L2 Cache LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops

Intel 82945G Express chipset replaced Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N954-TR GeForce 9500 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

300w power supply replaced with 585w http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817339012

Added another Gig of ddr2 Ram.

What all do you think I could play?

This card is cheaper, has free shipping and a rebate, and will outperform the 9500 GT:
Newegg.com - HIS H465FS512H Radeon HD 4650 512MB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
$52.99 w/free shipping and $10 MIR card

If saving on shipping would help you stretch a little on your budget, go with this one:
Newegg.com - XFX HD-467X-ZDF2 Radeon HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
$69.99 w/free shipping

The 4670 is a good low to mid level card. If you check the Graphics Performance List, you'll see that the 4670 ranks at #36, the 4650 ranks at #43, and the 9500 GT comes in at #56.
