that about does it i think.. does that look like a great setup? and if it is.. anything i have to do once i boot up? --- and if im not over clocking will i need a heat sink? or is it just safe to have 1?

Except get this copy of windows 7. The other is an upgrade version.

or just the normal 1? if so whats the difference really when i load it and boot up? ( sry for so many questions.. im learning alot!)

With an upgrade copy you need to already own a previous version of windows. With the one I linked above it is a full copy. Get the one in my previous post.

The stock fan will be fine if you don't plan on OCing. Also if you don't have a DVD drive already get this one.
