That doesnt even have a 6 pin how could that be better?

Unless I'm mistaken and 4 PCI-e are 4 six pins. But I dont see any in the pictures

the pci-e plugs are your 6 pin connectors. It actually has 2 6pin and 2 6+2 pin pci-e connectors.

Say If i wanted to get a graphics card that requires a 6 pin and a 8 pin would the 6+2 work normally or is that cheating and making it less effective?

nope that is what they are designed for so they can be used in either a 6pin or an 8pin
