No driver for Windows 2003 server

I have a client using an Intel DP35DP desktop motherboard in a server. The PCI simple communications controller does not have a driver installed under the device manager. I read somewhere that there is no driver for this with 2003 server. Is that true?

Well that could be one of many devices. I would wager to guess it would be a modem and very well bould be true that there is no Server drivers for it.
