Hello there Tech forum,

I'm swapping my motherboard on my computer and im stuck on this..

What ram can i use !!!

with a GA-P31-DS3L motherboard

Motherboard memory support list URL

http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/MemorySupport/motherboard_memory_ga-p31-ds3l_1.0.pdf

But in my manual it says i can use 1066\800\667 mhz ddr2 ram :S

ALSO
can i use 2x2gb ddr2 sticks as i want to be running 4gb ram on this system.
-------------------------------------------------

I have looked on ebay for about 3 hours for ram for this motherboard and can't find any... that is on that support list :(

The ram i really to run is
Kingston HyperX 2GB 1066 DDR2 RAM KHX8500D2K2/2GN

If that ram is support with my MB can some one please tell me if not can some one please help me find where i can get some ram im from Australia as well ;)
Thank you so much for you time .

I would go with the manual, and get the RAM.

Keep in mind that if you don't have a 64-bit OS you'll only be able to use 3.5GB of that RAM.

Edit: Oh, I'm using my RAM perfectly well, and according to my mobo's specs it isn't supported :p

Thank you very much for that, just im trying to find out if that ram will work in my board.. i know where i can buy some just dont want to buy it if they are not going to run in my MB ...

Thank you.
