no the disk is in a raw format. you need to format it NTFS before you can use it. sorry to say but there is now nothing on the drive, you might beable to try booting off of a linux live cd and seeing if the files are still on there, but i doubt it.

What about the partition magic program? can you put the partition back to it normal state, or does it not see it now as well?

Lesson learned. Never mess with a hard drive containing data you care about unless you have a valid backup.
