Explorer Favorites to AOL Favorites

Good day all, Does someone know how to convert Internet Explorer Favorites to AOL Favorites?
I have over a hundred in Internet Explorer on my PC and I want to put them on a friends PC but he only uses AOL and does not have an account that uses Explorer.

PS I copied all of the favorites from my PC on to a floppy disc.

The only way I've found to do it is that aol will import from explorer on the same pc. so if your aol is updated it will have a manage button when you open favorites. I exported ie favorites to a floppy but aol would not import because of the file type.
