I googled the Celeron D 340, and it looks like its a socket 478.
And if its just the fan that stopped, you probably could just buy a new fan and replace that, rather than the whole heatsink/fan setup. I've done that on a few prebuilts, where the fan stopped working. Just find out what size it is, and let us know (or look yourself if you want).
