Fan's Getting Noisier

My room gets pretty dusty (grosse i know :freak: )

I clean mine maybe once a month or more if i think it's getting dusty and hot.

I got mine dusted like I said before about a month ago now its dusty again and the temps are high already! pain in the *** I need a new case with filters
