biostar 6100 m9 not booting.No Takers?

Got a ?Shutdown pc today.Will not boot now.Cpu fan works,power supply,
power lite on case.Hdd spins but will not post and no beeps.Tried several
power supply's no difference.Wanted your
opinion on this matter.This pc is 3 years old.Wandering if my bios has
become corrupt.Thanks

i have the same board in a pc that i sold to one of my best friends and never had this problem. well lets start from the beginning.

try different ram, see if you can find a friend with a 939 cpu you can borrow to test. try resetting the bios (unplug it and move the jumper over, press the power button a couple times, wait about 30 seconds, move the jumper back, plug it back in, power it on) if still nothing, try your cpu in another motherboard.

when you press the power button after all of this, whats the status of the keyboard lights? do they blink at all, or what?
