What about temperature? wouldn't it being small and closer together cause more heat?

Yes, but it won't matter since you won't be doing any overclocking on a mATX board with onboard video.

if no voltage for memry is specified on the motherboad specs page, does that mean it will accept any?

So long as you use the correct form of memory, as in DDR1, DDR2 or DDR3, it should be fine.

I'm thinking about ditching the Corsair for this one since I won't be gaming.

So to summarise what I am considering buying:

However, should I go for the 1.9v corsair or the 1.8v A-DATA?

Since you not gaming, cheap value RAM will do fine. So any of the ones you linked will be fine.
